Mureti Boutique Flowers carefully select the best in seasonal produce. Flower varieties can change depending on climate and availability with growers. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, their lifespan may vary.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Delivery to Riverview Rest Home & the Loxton Hospital is complimentary – Use code LOXHEALTH at checkout. Cost for delivery within the Loxton Township is $10*. Please enquire about all other Riverland Locations by calling 7522 6102.

SAME-DAY ORDERS

Same day delivery must be ordered before 10am*.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address provided is possible to deliver to. Special delivery instructions can be entered during checkout. If special instructions are not received, flowers will be returned to Mureti Boutique Flowers.
We will then await instruction for a second delivery and a re-delivery fee will be incurred.

Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for any incorrect or invalid delivery addresses.

Petit $55 – A little gesture bunch described more as a posy rather than a traditional bunch of flowers.
Milieu $75 – Our classic signature bunch
Grande $95 – This is a fuller, more substantial bunch sure to impress.
Bespoke from $120 – The ultimate creation, our most lavish bunch.

Address Types

  • Residential addresses – If the courier deems a delivery location unsafe, the order will be returned to Mureti Boutique Flowers for collection. Unsafe may include a locked premises, inaccessible or dangerous entry to property.
  • For Hospital, business and school addresses – Mureti Boutique cannot accept responsibility for delivered items that are redirected to the front desk or reception.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

Contact Details

  • Customers must supply Mureti Boutique Flowers with a valid phone number and contact email.
  • Mureti Boutique Flowers accepts no liability arising out of failure to contact a customer, where the contact details were not supplied, were invalid or incorrect.

Delivery Address

  • It is the obligation of the customer to ensure the recipient’s delivery address is correct.
    Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional redirect or redelivery fees.
    Once delivered in accordance with your instructions, the product becomes the responsibility of the receiver.

TIPS FOR KEEPING FLOWERS FRESH

We take the upmost care in sourcing and selecting our product.

  • When you first receive your flowers, please top up with fresh water
  • Every 2-3 days, re-cut the stems by 3cms on an angle then place in fresh water.
  • Always keep your flowers away from extreme heating and cooling eg, Air Conditoner, Heater and direct Sunlight.

CANCELLATION

Should you need to cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Mureti Boutique Flowers  24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of delivery will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been created and are in the process of being delivered.
